Lit. f of the GDPR. Saving log files ensures the functionality of the website. The data is erased as soon as this purpose has been achieved and its collection is no longer required. In the case of data collected for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.

If you wish to use one of our business services via our website, it cannot be ruled out that the processing of your personal data will not be required. The personal data your provide such as your name, company, address, email and telephone number will be stored and used for the purpose of individual communication with you in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please note that as a rule, no confidential information should be sent via our contact form.
The legal basis for the processing of data, which is transferred during the sending of an email, is Art. 6 Para. 1 Lit. f of the GDPR. Email contact is aimed at concluding a contract and therefore the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 Lit. b of the GDPR.
3. Publication of Job Adverts / Online Job Applications
Your application details will be electronically collected and processed by us in order to undertake the application procedure. Following your appointment, an employment contract is concluded and so your submitted data will be stored in your personal file which we keep for the purpose of the usual organisational and management processes. We do so taking into consideration of all relevant legal regulations. The data privacy law permits the collection of data which is required for the employment relationship purposes according to Art. 88 Para. 1 of the GDPR. If you voluntarily provide us with your essential details this shall be undertaken within the context of consent according to Art. 6 Para 1 Sentence 1 Lit. a of the GDPR. During processing your data may be shared with staff that are within our company, such as service providers, who are legally bound to secrecy and to perform their data processing tasks.
The data you provided will be erased automatically upon rejection of your job application; two years following notification of your rejection. This does not apply if a legal requirement exists to store this data for a longer period or if you expressly agreed to it being stored for longer in our potential customer database.
4. Rights of the Persons Affected
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to free information regarding your stored data. Furthermore you have the right to free information for processing purposes, categories of personal data which are processed, recipients or category of recipients who were disclosed the personal data or shall be disclosed (particularly for recipients in third countries or international organisations), if possible the planned storage period for the personal data, a right to rectification, restriction (block) or erasure of this data, as well as the origin of the data. In addition you have the right to appeal to a regulatory body. In addition you have the right to revoke your declaration of consent to privacy at any time. When revoking your declaration, the legality of the processing undertaken based on the consent prior to the revocation shall remain unaffected.
